From the beginning Yolato's philosophy had "local" at its core. Yolato’s Signature Tart Frozen Yogurt is the cornerstone. Initially a powder and mixed on-site, it was the footprint to today’s use of local dairies. Due to customer demand for a kosher product and varying food ordinances, in 2011 Yolato released its ready-to-use Signature Tart flavor by partnering with Schneider Valley Dairy in Williamsport, PA.
In 2013, Yolato partnered with its second dairy, Queensboro Farms in Canastota, NY to supply customers in New York region.
In 2016, Yolato continued its expansion by partnering with Sunrise Farms in Brentwood, NH to primarily supply its customers in New England.
Yolato’s business model delivers our proprietary, all-natural, soft-serve frozen yogurt using local & regional dairies. Supporting local economies and leaving as small an eco-footprint as possible drive our philosophy.
Today Yolato continues to enter new markets and expand its offerings with new and seasonal flavors, including fruit and meal replacement smoothies.
