Yolato was founded in 2006 to offer New Yorkers premium tart frozen yogurt, yogurt gelato and sorbetto.
Yolato’s Signature Tart Frozen Yogurt is the cornerstone. Initially a powder and mixed on-site, it was the footprint to today’s use of local dairies. Because of customer demand for a kosher, all natural, soft-serve product, in 2011 Yolato released its ready-to-use Signature Tart flavor made at Schneider Valley Dairy in Williamsport, PA.
In 2013, Yolato partnered with our second dairy, Queensboro Farms in Canastota, NY, to supply our customers in New York and throughout the Northeast.
Yolato’s business model delivers our proprietary, all-natural, soft-serve frozen yogurt using local dairies. Supporting local economies and leaving as small an eco-footprint as possible drive our philosophy.
Today Yolato continues to enter new markets and expand its offerings with new and seasonal flavors, including fruit and meal replacement smoothies.
