Soft Serve Mix

In a Mixing Bucket, gather the following ingredients in order

 1 gallon non-fat skim milk

 1 Package of Yolato Plain (1,040 grams)

 

Optional: Measure 1/3 cup of flavor paste

Optional: 300 grams (10.5 oz) nonfat plain yogurt

With an immersion blender on high, blend mixture together for 1-2 minutes until

mixture is smooth without lumps

 

Check that the machine hopper passage hole is unobstructed

​

Pour mixture into Yolato soft serve machine

​

Wait about 10 minutes before serving your first Yolato product
